CRYSTAL LOVE - These bowls are at the heart of every of my Deep Dive sessions.

For me their sound waves invite the body to soften and the mind to slowly drift into stillness.

A moment to float. 🌊

SOUND DEEP DIVE 🌊 Because when you are receiving the sounds of crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, the tongue drum, chimes and more all woven together - it feels like diving into this deep ocean of sound waves surrounding you.

Come dive with me. 🫧

Thank you @novucampus for having me. ✨ Grateful for facilitating sound and holding space for you 🙏🏻 #corporatesoundbath #soundhealing

A magical evening with my sound bestie @within.yogaandsound ✨
Facilitating an hour of deep sound to a room full of people (and we don’t even have a picture of the two of us together).

Next one coming soon - stay tuned 🫶🏻 #soundbath #soundm
